About Us
We are homeowners of Seacrest Pines, an active adult (age 55+) community in Barnegat, NJ. The community is 347 homes in size. The first homes were delivered in 2017, the 2nd phase began in late 2018 and the builder started construction of phase 3 in mid-2020. The 4th and final construction phase began construction in 2021 with completion in late-2023.
